The Colorado Tradition is a very popular session scheduled between April and October, with beautiful, colorful outdoor settings that Colorado is known for. The style of the portraits from this outdoor session are traditional and are perfect for families that would like to achieve a relaxed, colorful look for the portrait in their home. We think this is a great session to do with the entire family, reunions are a blast and often a once in a lifetime opportunity. Clients love this session because for them a portrait of their family together is a lasting memory they will have in their home forever. The Colorado Tradition is wonderful for families who want to remember their loved ones the way are now.

The Colorado Tradition Session is a predominantly color session so you will want to take some time to coordinate your clothing. Your outfits do not need to match, but most families like blue jeans with long sleeved shirts that are in the same color family. Black has been a popular and easy choice in the past, but we really encourage trying something diiferent and incorporating some color into your look. Blues, browns, greens, burgundies, oranges are all beautiful choice. Remember the details . . . shoes, socks, belts etc. may show in your photos. It's best to wear darker colored shoes and socks.
